Basic Principles of Wellness

Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. - WHO

What we eat, think and do changes over time. Respecting this natural process means stepping out of our comfort zone from time to time. Learning to listen to our intuition and body is an art that, when practiced, allows us to thrive. There is no one size fits all program. Your needs are unique, dynamic, and perfect.

Wellness is more than being free from illness: it is a process of change and growth toward a healthy lifestyle. Everything we feel and do relates to our well-being and directly affects our experience in the world. Exercise and diet make up only a part in our wellbeing. Our actions and beliefs are the roots of life long health.

My goal is simply to help you discover the best version of you so that you can live authentically, happy, and be well.
